How do I inquire about a custom design piece?

Custom designed pieces take some time and are in high demand. That being said, there is a wait list so simply email us at : info@drowningbear.com with your name and your idea and we will email you back with the rest of the details.

How long does a custom order take?


Processing times for custom orders vary depending on design and availability.


What if I change my mind on a custom order piece?

Custom orders take time and are subject to availability. That being said, we do ask for a $200 non refundable deposit securing your spot for your order. Once we receive your deposit, we go forth with the process of your order and unfortunately do not accept cancellations. We go through multiple stages to ensure satisfaction such as step by step process, sketches, and approval. Once the project is approved by the customer and sent for casting, it is officially yours to enjoy! 

What are your processing times for non-custom order pieces?

All orders on our website are processed between 5-7 business days. Each jewelry piece is handmade to order and takes time to ensure quality. Once your order has been made and inspected to perfection, it is ready to be shipped to your possession, which takes about 1-3 business days as it is beautifully hand packaged to keep your jewelry safe upon arrival. Shipping times vary depending on the carrier chosen at checkout. Please see below the additional wait times due to Covid19. 

Do you offer returns/exchanges?

We do NOT offer returns/refunds or exchanges on custom orders. On our signature pieces, we do offer returns for exchanges only within 14 days of purchase with original receipt. 

How can I find my ring size?

To find your ring size you can use a piece of dental floss or sewing string, wrap around desired finger and mark where the end meets. Measure length with a millimeter ruler.

I broke my jewelry! What now?


No worries! We work hard to ensure our jewelry is as resilient as possible. However, as with all jewelry, sometimes chains break or stones can fall out. Simply contact us with the problem and we will work with you on a solution! 


How are you handling Covid19 shipping delays?

We are doing our best to ensure that you receive your jewelry fast and safely. Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers. We have completely redesigned our production and fulfillment center to comply with state recommended PPE guidelines.

Because of government related orders to businesses and Covid19 issues, there have been slight delays on the USPS First Class shipping method that is out of our control beyond leaving our studio and into your possession. 

Please allow additional 3-5 business day for your items to reach you on USPS First Class shipping method.

There is no delays in USPS Priority Mail option.

On UPS shipment rates, please allow an extra 1-3 business days. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery are calculated at checkout.
